State Parties – December 2025

The Colorado Party ’26

Marilu Trainor and Jerry Maglio

The Colorado Party planning committee has unveiled key details for their upcoming March 7, 2026, state party in PebbleCreek.

Who: The party has sold out 8 years in a row, and we expect another maximum capacity of 250 guests for next year’s event.

What: The party’s event theme is “Celebrations!” and will commemorate two historical events happening next yearColorado’s 150th anniversary of statehood as well as the USA’s 250th birthday. The party is a casual attire event. Party attendees are encouraged to wear anything that represents Colorado or patriotic attire.

The Rocky Mountain prizes will return with all prizes valued at $100 or more. Prizes will be gift cards to local experiences or cash rewards. Tickets for the drawings can be purchased during the cocktail hour for $5 cash per ticket.

When and Where: The dual-celebration party starts at 4 p.m. in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom lobby with a one-hour no-host cocktail reception featuring a surprise signature cocktail. A “Celebration” western-style buffet is included with each reservation.

Why: Known as “The best party of the year,” the lineup will feature the ever-popular Rhythm Edition Bandan 8-piece ensemble that plays popular dance music from all genres—to bring everyone to the dance floor to celebrate “All things Colorado” after dinner.

How: The cost of the party is $60 per person. Here’s how to register:

* Reservation forms will be posted on multiple community sites Dec. 15 and emailed to our database list.

* Download the registration form and list the complete name, email address, and Colorado hometown for each partygoer on your form. This information is used for name badges.

* Each table accommodates 10 guests.

* If you are organizing a group, drop off your completed registration form with full payment at the Eagles Nest Kiosk on Jan. 5. Only one person listed on the form should drop off the completed form.

* If you are dropping off the form for a full table of 10 guests, one person on the list should come at 1 p.m.

* All others can drop off partial table reservations at 1:30 p.m. If you are registering fewer than 10 guests, we will put groups together and notify you who is in your group.

* Drop-off registrations will end at 3 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2026.

* Checks or cash are the only forms of registration payment and should be made out to The Colorado Party. All payments will be held until at least mid-February before processing.

* If you are unable to attend the in-person registration on Jan. 5, you may mail your registration and check to The Colorado Party, 2652 N. 162nd Ave, Goodyear, AZ 85395. Mail-in registrations will be processed after Jan. 6, if space is available.

* All sales are final. If your plans change, you are responsible for reselling your tickets and notifying the Colorado Party Committee so badges can be reassigned.

We look forward to welcoming you to the “Party of the Year.”

29th Annual Wisconsin State Party Is February 22

Sue White

The 29th Annual Wisconsin Party will be held on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.

This year’s theme is tailgating. Wisconsinites love the tradition of tailgating before and after any and all sports events. Our emcee, Kevin Hillstrom, will be entertaining us with historical information about tailgating.

Dinner will be a tailgate buffet of hamburgers and Johnsonville brats along with red skin potato salad and baked beans. Dessert will be brownies and Culver’s custard. Water, coffee, and hot or iced tea are included. The cost is $38 per person.

Tickets will be on sale at the Eagle’s Nest Kiosk in late January. Tables can be reserved for a table of 10 people. Further information on sale dates will be announced on the egroups and the January Post.

A cash bar will be available, which will include Wisconsin’s own Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.

Once again, we will have a 50/50 raffle, a raffle for baskets and of course the card game. Cash only is accepted for these tickets and the card game.

Come and join your fellow Wisconsinites for this annual tradition of getting together once a year. Did you know that we are the only State Party that has been held every year since it started 29 years ago? “On Wisconsin!”

If you have questions, you may call Dan Borreson at 623-536-5111.

Save the Date! Washington State Party Is March 18

Melinda Kresek

Hello fellow Washingtonians! Exciting news: With much anticipation, the Washington State Party will be held on March 18, 2026, in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. Bar service will start at 3 p.m. Tickets will go on sale in January. Watch for dates and times for ticket sales at the Eagles Nest Kiosk. Due to limitations of the catering department, tickets are limited to the first 250 people.

We can’t wait to visit with our fellow Washington neighbors in PebbleCreek. Cheers!
