The ROCKtoberfest tennis social had a new “twist” this year! Oktoberfest with a rock ‘n’ roll vibe thrown in—so much fun! This year’s event encouraged players to choose between their finest lederhosen or come dressed in their favorite rock ‘n’ roll t-shirt/attire! The group played women’s, men’s, and mixed doubles for 90 minutes. After the grueling and fun tennis we indulged in German beer, wine, and other drinks. Dinner followed with German food: bratwurst, pretzels, potato salad, sauerkraut, and delicious desserts. The group enjoyed rock ‘n’ roll music while waiting for the three raffle winners to be announced.
