In April 2021, the Board of Directors of the PebbleCreek Golf Resort Homeowners Association assembled a Transition Advisory Group (the “TAG”) to identify and analyze what will be necessary for a successful transition from Developer control. The TAG is tasked with putting together a plan with action items and timing, and to prepare a plan regardless of the actual timing of the transition. The participants in TAG were selected by the resident board members at that time.
Rick Savage, TAG co-lead, updated homeowners on the progress of the group at the April PebbleCreek Homeowners Association Board meeting. “We had a great turnout at the meeting,” noted Rick, “and since then, I’ve had a number of requests to present at various clubs and community groups, which is great because everyone needs to understand what transition is and how it will affect them.”
Rick, a former executive with major tech firms such as Xerox, U.S. Sprint, and IBM, also chairs the TAG I.T. team, is a member of the Camera Club, Computer Club, Irish American Club, and was chairperson of the PCIAC Charity Golf Tournament for the past four years.
