Since May, both PebbleCreek residents and HOA staff have been busy preparing for a conversion to the Northstar club management software. So far, half of PebbleCreek’s households have submitted their current contact information online or in person for the new membership cards that will be issued in conjunction with this conversion. We have also taken pictures of nearly 3,000 residents. Given that so many people are away from our community in the summer, this is great progress!
Your current HOA homeowner card will no longer be valid after September 1, when the Northstar system goes live. New replacement cards will be issued beginning August 28. During the transition, accommodations will be made if you are unable to pick up your card in the first week.
The new cards will be available to pick up at the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom on the following dates:
Monday through Friday, August 28 – September 1, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday, September 5 through 8, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 9, 9:00 a.m. to noon
Please bring a photo I.D. with you when you pick up your card. You may pick up the cards for all members of your household if you bring their I.D.s with you.
What to expect when picking up your card:
If you have submitted your contact information and had your picture taken by August 25, you will be able to go through the process much more quickly.
Your card may or may not have your picture on it but it will still be good for use, including access at the Fitness Centers and for charging at HOA facilities, if you already do so.
We imported as many pictures from the Fitness Center as possible before the deadline for ordering the cards. If your card does not have a photo but you had your photo taken in the Membership Room or submitted it by email, your card will be reprinted later and you will be notified when it is ready.
We ask everyone’s patience during card distribution. We will do our best to be well-organized, but if a large number of residents show up at the same time, there may be lines.
If you are out of town during membership card distribution, your card will be held for you at the Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse front desk. You can also get your photo taken and submit your data there when you return to the community.
