West Coast Swing Dance Club

Denise McQuaid

We will be starting new classes on Thursday, Dec. 12, in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom.

Progressive lessons (please note change in time) will go from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. for those already familiar with the basics, followed by 15 minutes of music from 4:45 to 5 p.m. (practice time for everyone), and then a fundamental and beginners class from 5 to 6 p.m.

Come when you can. This class is to learn and become more proficient at the fundamental moves of the west coast swing that all other moves are built upon. All members are invited to attend. Hopefully, some of the progressive dancers will stay for the second class to become more proficient and help out the beginning dancers.

As of Jan. 1, there will be a $25 annual membership fee, which includes a name tag and covers the cost of our equipment and operation expenses.

New dancers will receive three free lessons before their membership fee is due.
