Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we are led by our trainer Christy O’Gara and are committed to the physical and mental journey of exercise. We say yes to building our strength and our balance and building our brain power to stay physically, mentally and emotionally sharp. We are committed to being good to ourselves, each other and our leader and we say “yes.” We welcome you to join our 7:00 a.m. class and you will be happy you did.
