At the Jan. 2 meeting, the PebbleCreek Republican Club hosted a packed house as we introduced the 2020 officers and committee chairs, and welcomed new members and speaker Rae Lynn Chornenky.

The PebbleCreek Republican Club 2020 Officers, Committee Chairs, and appointed positions are: President – Doug Krause; Vice President – Sue Harrison; Secretary – Muriel Long; Treasurer – Pete Sattig; Social Chair – Mary McMahon; Education Chair – Indy Rebhun; Public Relations Chair – Cynthia Schwartz; Photographer – Marian Long; Sergeant at Arms – Kirk Harrison; and Webmaster – Sue Harrison.

Rae Lynn Chornenky was the guest speaker. Rae is the first woman to chair the Maricopa Republican Party. A constitutional law attorney for 32 years, she has been active in a multitude of political actions, including AZ GOP member-at-large for CD8. Her topic was “The 2020 Election Cycle and Our Role as the Largest Republican Voting County in the Country”. Rae fielded numerous questions from PCRC members and guests about her insight into upcoming elections and provided facts and statistics about Maricopa County. She focused on the impact of Maricopa County and its importance in the 2020 elections on county, state, and national levels.
