There are still a few days left to sign up for October Pottery/Sculpture Club classes.
Classes include Extruded Clay Projects, a class in which all projects such as coffee cups, sculptural multi-part vases, rain sticks and much more are made with a special tool called an extruder.
Clay and Mixed Media Jewelry will be offered again, this time being team taught by Jeff Wilson and Susan Hill. You may have seen Susan’s jewelry in the Expressions Gallery where she has been very successful in selling her work.
Another class that is proving to be very popular is the Intro to Floral Design taught by Kim Corbel. Her October class is called Creating Your Own Fall Wreath. Kim teaches this class in the evening to accommodate those who find it difficult to take classes earlier in the day.
A new class offered for only the second time is Individual Projects in both Handmade Pottery and Non-Objective Abstract Painting. This class is intended for people with some experience who would like to have some personalized assistance with a project of their own choosing.
Also in October, our talented sculpture instructor Ross Hart will be offering his popular class called Beginning Portrait Sculpture.
With so many options available, the pottery club hopes to see you in a class in October.
