Pickleball courts to hold charity social to benefit teachers

Pickleball players are happy to be resting in the shade under the beautiful canopy shading, done by USA Shades and Fabric Structures. The 18 by 18 structure will certainly do a much better job than the smaller umbrellas had. fabric buildings have become the go-to build through the years as people are finding them to be a better structural building to use instead of the usual builds.

On July 28 the PCPB Club held a social to benefit teachers. Members of the pickleball club donated supplies from a list provided by the school of the most needed supplies to begin the school year. The K-12 school chosen to receive the donations was Eliseo C Felix School, in Goodyear.

On July 30 John Angus, President of the Pickleball Club, Constance Angus and Troney Hutchins delivered the supplies to Eliseo C Felix School Principal Monique Martinez and secretary Maribell Barosso, who were thrilled with the generosity of PebbleCreek and the pickleball club.

If anyone is interested in donating more supplies to the school, please contact Maribell Barroso at 623-772-4300.
