Hi, my name is Winston. I came here from Knoxville, Tennessee. I will be two years old this month though my mom, Gretchen Liff, says I still act like a puppy. I don’t think she means that as a compliment!
I arrived here in October after a long trip. I started my adventure in Knoxville where my breeder lives. I then went to Indiana and met some wonderful folks and Rokzie the Chocolate Lab. They said I was going to go all the way to Goodyear, Arizona (wherever that is!) to be a birthday present for someone there. Wow, I was really going to be a big present! I went to Kansas City next and then we all loaded into a big red Jeep (what fun!) and drove through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and finally Arizona. I saw wonderful things on the trip and Rokzie and I got to play and stop at Subway Sandwich shops which give free cheese to good dogs.
Now I am home here in PebbleCreek with my new mom. She thought I was the best birthday gift ever.
I am learning new things every day. I have a trainer and I am going to be a Therapy Dog. I love that I will have a job and get to help folks. My mom says I have a lovely smile.
I hope to see you around here in the “Creek.” Be sure and say hi. I love to make friends and my favorite treat is Gouda Cheese if anyone asks.
