Sun City Grand Mixer

The PebbleCreek Lady Niners invited the Sun City Grand Nine Hole Ladies League for a fun day of golf on October 4. This was the second annual interleague play day with Sun City Grand. The weather was beautiful and everyone seemed to enjoy the golf and the lunch. This event was planned by President Lynn Bishop-Pidcock and volunteers Cheryl McGovern, Kathy Mitchell, Brenda Sand, Charlotte Krause, Sandy Padgitt and Jeanette Ammons. Golf pros from both clubs assisted in the tournament. In May the PebbleCreek ladies are invited to Sun City Grand for the other half of the season’s interleague play.

Summer Survivor

Eighteen Lady Niners participated in the Summer Survivor Tournament on September 28 that was organized by the Men’s Eighteen Hole League. Each team consisted of four players — one from each of the leagues — Lady Niners, Men’s Niners, Lady Eighteen Holers and Men’s Eighteen Holers. It was a fun day of golf followed by lunch and prizes in the Chianti Room.

Kick Off

The season begins on November 15 with the opening event Diamond in the Rough. Golf will be at Eagle’s Nest. Lunch before and awards and dessert following golf will be at Tuscany Falls Ballroom.
