PebbleCreek Community Church transforms ballroom to sanctuary

George Thomas

Every Sunday morning, our PebbleCreek Community Church trustees transform the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom into a peaceful, inviting place of worship. The stage is trimmed with a large wooden cross and banners appropriate for the religious service. The sound/technical team projects easily viewable images onto the walls to the right and left of the stage, including a stained glass window graphic, scripture readings and the lyrics to praise choruses. The trustees also place a large sign near the clubhouse’s main entrance noting the location of our church service, along with the sermon title and time of the service. Behind the pastor’s podium, chairs are placed for our choir which, on most Sundays, sing anthems to coordinate with the message of the day.

PCCC utilizes a complete sound system with microphones for all speakers and soloists. We also provide hearing assistance for those who have hearing needs. The sermons are recorded and placed on our website (www.pebblecreekchurch.org), easily accessible for those who are not able to attend Sunday services. Additionally, we are now “live streaming” on YouTube at “PebbleCreek Community Church 1.” So, if you cannot attend, you can still view the complete service in its entirety.

Our trustees do an amazing job every week of providing a welcoming place to find the presence of the Holy Spirit. Our services conclude with an informal fellowship with beverages and snacks to provide a time where all can meet, chat and get to know one another.

In every sense of the word, this is a community church. Please join us every Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom.
