November Reminders

As we roll into the holidays, we would like to remind homeowners about the most common rule violations we see every year.

1. Underage grandchildren driving golf carts is not only illegal but dangerous. You are liable for any accident.

2. Only golfers are allowed on the golf courses.

3. Bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc. are not allowed on the sidewalks.

4. Know your pool hours. Children must be with an adult and observe posted hours.

5. New this year: Mask up anytime you’re in any facility.
