Open Mic at Waddell’s to feature Rona YellowRobe

West Valley Open Mic at Waddell’s Longhorn Corral located at 1629 North 195th Ave will host a free concert Sunday, March 31 at 5:00 p.m. featuring award winning flutist, singer, songwriter and storyteller Rona YellowRobe. Rona is a member of the Chippewa-Cree Nation up in Montana and was named 2014 and 2016 Native American Flute player of the year. Several residents of PebbleCreek come out and support the Open Mic and enjoyed Rona’s concert last year. We invite everyone to come out and enjoy Rona as she sings and plays her flute as she shares her amazing story. Please google Rona YellowRobe to learn more about her amazing talents. Concert will be out on the patio; please bring a lawn chair. We will be inside if weather doesn’t cooperate.
