In October, our PebbleCreek team added 16 new homeowners to our community and is excited about our upcoming event season. We have seen a steady number of retur.isitors wanting to experience our beautiful community in September and even more in October. The feedback and interest we have been receiving regarding our three newer plans: Fresco, Avalon and Bacara have been fantastic. We just released our new Alora plan for sale and will have two more single family home plans by February of next year. Four new Villa models are being constructed at the end of Sheridan. Our goal is to have those plans available for sale by the end of the year and models ready towards the end of February.
Monday, October 16, we celebrated great success from our resident Ambassadors with a happy hour an.isit from Mr. Robson himself. Our Ambassadors are a key in our success here at PebbleCreek by sharing their positive experience and lifestyle stories with prospective customers.
