The AWGA State Medallion Nine Hole Tournament was held on January 13, 2018 at Oakwood Golf Club in Sun Lakes, Arizona. Six ladies from the PCL9GA (Lady Niners) qualified in 2017 to represent the league at the 2018 Medallion Tournament. Two teams of three, one for Low Gross and one for Low Net represented the PebbleCreek Lady Niners in competition with other nine-hole leagues from across Arizona. Carole Schumacher placed first in low gross and Cherri Baxter placed first in low net; Char Morrow placed third in low gross and Diane Norgaard placed third in low net; Dianne Briggs placed fifth in low gross and Mary McConaughey placed fifth in low net. Congratulations, ladies, for representing PebbleCreek and the Lady Niners so well at this important tournament.
