The third annual Holly Ball was spectacular! The cocktail hour was delightful with servers offering delicious appetizers while guests were enchanted by the harpist, Mary Raunikar from Phoenix. The guests were amazed by the elegance of the ballroom decorated in holly and holiday colors. A special gift was placed on each chair, a hand-etched harp on a stemless wine glass. While the harpist continued to play, the shamrock salad was served with authentic soda bread followed by either steak with whiskey sauce or Irish roasted salmon each with roasted baby red potatoes and Almandine green beans. The Bailey’s Irish Cream chocolate mousse topped off this scrumptious dinner! There were terrific raffle prizes and door prizes including two tickets to the IAC Emerald Ball on March 17 and a foursome to the IAC Charitable Golf Tournament on March 11. The fabulous Thaddeus Rose trio kept the dance floor hopping and everyone had a fabulous evening!
