The Bookworms Book Club, started in April 2005, celebrated its 15th annual holiday luncheon and book exchange. Every year we have a certain topic for the exchange, this year it was a “Who Dun It?” Some very interesting books will be shared throughout the year.
We’ve enjoyed reading about a variety of topics, learning about other cultures, and, of course, becoming a support group for each other as we deal with life’s challenges. Current members, in no particular order, are Cheryl Skummer (leader), Hermine Sulzberg, Janet Brown, Brenda Hyman, Penny Schneider, Kay Seif, Martha Bergman, Nan Perkins, Phyllis Minsuk, Diana Johnson, and Diane Hartsman. Absent were Naomi Doble and Susan Small. We are looking forward to reading and discussing some interesting books in 2020.
