A unique number: Your putters handicap

Maureen Campbell

Weekly play for members of the PebbleCreek Putters Club is on the 18-hole putting green at Tuscany Falls and all golf levels are welcome. The question is often asked: How are winners decided?

Members of the Putters Club earn a unique putting handicap based on the individual’s past scores during Putters Club play, with the Putting green considered a par 36. Each week, everyone plays with different people and, with handicaps, each player has a chance to win a payout.

In club tournaments, players compete in handicap-based flights. The goal is to have fun, while developing and improving your short game. No matter what your skill level, you will find a “level playing field” for the weekly competitive challenge.

All members with an established Putters Club handicap are invited to participate in the Beat the Staff Tournament on May 9, 2018. Play for bragging rights and prizes as you compete against PebbleCreek’s golf professionals.

The PebbleCreek Putters Club putts weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays all year long. You will find membership forms in the alcove at the Tuscany Falls Pro Shop, or contact the club’s Membership Chairperson, Carol Hahn, at [email protected] with any questions or for more information.
