The women of the Democratic Club continued their around the world tour of restaurants which has included Salvadoran, Italian, Thai and now Chinese. We celebrated the Chinese New Year, February 16, the Year of the Dog, at the Red Dragon Buffet in Avondale. Our monthly gathering has been well attended with lively discussions. Two of our newest members, Shari Baer and Esther Eisler, were able to join us and get to know the “longer-standing” members a little better.
