Robson Resort Communities honored as 2018 MAME Builder of the Year

Robson Resort Communities was recognized for the third consecutive year with the prestigious 2018 Grand Award as “Builder of the Year” and took home multiple other honors at the 33rd annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) competition. The ceremony was held April 21, 2018 at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and celebrated the exemplary efforts of builders, land developers, interior designers, architects, sales managers and sales associates. Robson shared this year’s top accolade with Camelot Homes.

The Home Builders Association of Central Arizona presents the MAME Grand Award “Builder of the Year” to the builder with the highest point total with entries in advertising, interior merchandising, product design and individual award categories.

In addition to the Grand Award, Robson Resort Communities received MAME honors in the following categories: Best Billboard; Best Ad Campaign by a Master Planned Community (DesertFest) – PebbleCreek (Special Recognition); Best Detached Product Design for Homes from $350,001-$500,000 – PebbleCreek, 2165 Solaris; Best Detached Active Adult Product Design under $300,000 – Robson Ranch Arizona, 1997 Fresco; Best Detached Active Adult Product Design $300,000 and over – PebbleCreek, 2313 Vienta; Best Outdoor Merchandising for Homes Under $450,000 – PebbleCreek, 2020 Fresco; Best Outdoor Merchandising for Homes $450,001 to $700,000 – PebbleCreek, 3077 Bacara; Best Sales Person of the Year with a Company Closing Less than 250 homes a Year – PebbleCreek, Doug Taylor and Administrative Team Member of the Year, Robson Resort Communities, Stacie Mikol.
