The PebbleCreek Republican Club welcomed 115 members and invited guests to the Thursday, September 7 regular meeting in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. A 6:30 Social Time was followed by the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Our kick-off fall event was exceptionally informative with a presentation by guest speakers PebbleCreek resident HOA board member Bob Parks, vice president and Russ Galewski, treasurer.
Both speakers, who represent the homeowners on the HOA Board, gave introductory remarks explaining their roles on the Board. They presented significant information on the status of our PebbleCreek HOA and explained many details which have been questioned in numerous emails on the EGroup.
As a reminder, the other three members on the HOA Board are employed by Robson, the community’s developer. Bob and Russell have positions where residents vote for representation on the board and they do their good work without compensation.
Following the presentation both speakers responded to a lengthy Q&A period from the membership and then remained for individual discussions with many of the attendees.
