One of the most valuable benefits of membership in a club is the opportunity to meet and learn from other members. On November 15, 2017, the PebbleCreek Putters Club held its fall Member/Member Tournament and members enjoyed a friendly competition with other members.
Teams were divided into five flights based on their established handicaps. Ken Hahn and a team of volunteers set up a challenging course on the upper and lower putting greens at Tuscany Falls. The course included tree-lined fairways, sand traps and water hazards.
Team scores were based on the better score for each hole.
Winning teams were the following:
Flight 1: 1st Larry Vierow/Helen Vierow; 2nd Diana Berty/Lee Lanan; 3rd Donna Craven/John Craven
Flight 2: 1st Carol Taylor/Bettyann Baumgartner, 2nd Barbara Brace/Dee Reynolds; 3rd Chris Mucha/Bill Ballard
Flight 3: 1st Becky Kirk/Peter Kirk; 2nd A.D. Cline/Lynn Cline; 3rd Joy Benton/Lea Morse
Flight 4: 1st Char Jones/Linda Hussey; 2nd Jed Weisman/Jennifer Stahl: 3rd Donna von Oy/Sandy Clinton
Flight 5: 1st Jeff Wilgus/Karen Wilgus; 2nd Mary Sabatelo/Karen Murphy; 3rd Sheila Jacobson/Jane Kelly
