Annie is a very lucky dog
My name is Annie and I am a rescue dog. I was living in Phoenix with my owner when he got really sick. He ended up in the hospital with MRSA and had to give me up. We were both very sad. He called Rescue a Golden of Arizona and they found me a new home the very next day.
I didn’t really know what was happening to me when my handler took me to my new home. When he left me there with my new owner, Nevin Nelson, I was a little scared. She got down on the floor with me and we played with some new toys that she told me were mine. Then, after a while, she told me it was time for bed, and I ran into the bedroom and jumped onto the bed. I have my very own down pillow and we sleep on the bed together every night.
She has lots of friends that I can play with, and we take walks and go to the dog park. It has been over two years since I moved to PebbleCreek and I am happier than I have ever been. I am a very lucky dog (and so is my Mom).
