On November 13, Doug Jamiolkowski of the PebbleCreek Hiking Club reached 4,000 miles hiked. He has been with the club since the 2004-2005 season and was the one who initiated the tracking of hike miles by each member of the club. Doug is only the fifth hiker to reach the 4,000-mile mark with the club. Doug is also one of our best photographers, doing an outstanding job of documenting the hikes he does. Other hikers that participated in the hike included Dana Thomas, Art Solorio (Hike Leader), Eileen Lords and Leon Masse, Randy Hellman, Sandy and Rick Heandal, Dawn Spiak, Pat Wilson, Art Arner, Dave Schuldt, Madonna Dyson, Annie and Ben Espiritu, Debbie and Mark KcKeever, and Cheryl and George Healey.

The club holds hikes six days a week at three levels: 4-5 miles, 6-8 miles, and 9+ miles. Check out our website pchikers.org for more photos and information about the club.
