PebbleCreek friends come together in support of Team Ashley at the Arizona Vision Walk!

Judy Hauger

Residents Craig and Judy Hauger have a daughter Ashley (age 32) that has Usher Syndrome. They have put together a team for the past five years in her honor. The walk, sponsored by Foundation Fighting Blindness, is for all people that are affected by retinal diseases such as Retinitis Pigmentosa, Usher Syndrome and Macular Degeneration.

Team Ashley has proudly claimed the title of the largest walking team in the United States the past two years! This year there were 327 members registered to walk (including 39 in South Dakota where Ashley is from) and they raised over $25,000 for research! Most of the team consisted of PebbleCreek residents!

Craig and Judy and their daughter Ashley and family would like to thank all their friends in PebbleCreek for their friendship and support!

The Vision Walk is their signature event for Foundation Fighting Blindness and there are now more than 50 walkathons across the country.

Once again PebbleCreek friends come together and make a difference!
