PebbleCreek Community Church welcomes new members and more

PebbleCreek Community Church is pleased to have recently welcomed nine new members: Marty Goppert, Michelle Kuhl, Jean Penninger, Genivee Plante, Peggy Ripley, Todd and Valerie Spiegel, and Dale and Debbie Tietz. PCCC, a non-denominational church, is privileged to serve our PebbleCreek community. While we regularly host informational meetings for people considering membership and welcome people into formal membership, we also have regular attendees in our services who, at this stage of their lives, choose to be active with us, but choose not to become formal members. We also offer an “associate member” status, recognizing that many snowbirds maintain a relationship with their church “back home.” Whatever the desire, all are welcome.

Our attendance always swells in April due to our special Good Friday, Sunday morning sunrise and regular Easter morning services, which are open to all. Our regular Sunday services commence at 9:00 a.m. in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom that we convert to a house of worship each week. We serve communion during the first Sunday of each month. Our congregation practices open communion which means we invite believers from all denominations to join us.

April of this year gave us yet another reason to celebrate. In December our congregation welcomed our new pastor, Bob Ripley, and his wife Peggy. As of April, they are officially full-time residents of PebbleCreek. At this point they are still unpacking boxes and hanging pictures in their new villa, but looking forward to furthering their involvement in our wonderful community.
