PCSSA prepares for the 24th season

September is now in the rear-view mirror, as, by the time you read this, the PebbleCreek Senior Softball Association (PCSSA) has started to prepare the field for the upcoming season that will open on Saturday, October 20.

September was a busy month for the PCSSA as the field needs to be completely redone and leveled. In addition, new player evaluations were completed, the player draft was held, uniform orders placed and practices began. The practices allow the players to shake off the rust.

As with last season the PCSSA will have fourteen teams with twelve players per team. Just think, 168 senior players having a good time playing a game that they love and every one of them wishing they were twenty years younger.

Save the date (October 20) and come on down to the ball field to experience the Opening Day festivities as well as the camaraderie the players have for each other.
