On Thursday, September 5 the PebbleCreek Men’s Golf Association held its annual two-man scramble tournament at Eagle’s Nest Golf Course. Being a major for the PCMGA, the five-play rule applied for entrance into this tourney. This event also acted as a qualifier for the Arizona Golf Association’s Team Club Championship.

A total of six teams move on to the next round. This year one low-gross team and three low-net teams from the regular flight move on. In the Senior Division (age 70 plus), one low-gross team and one low-net team move on.

The next round of the AGA Team Club Championship will be held at Arrowhead Country Club on November 30 and the finals will be held at Blackstone Country Club on December 14. Last year the senior team of John Krasnan and Rich Jesko went all the way and brought back the trophy to PebbleCreek.
