This year’s Robson Challenge golf tournament was held on Wednesday, November 29 at the Ironwood Golf Club in Sun Lakes. As in past years the PCLGA sent two teams, one representing Eagle’s Nest and one representing Tuscany Falls. Barbara Patrow and Kathy Hubert-Wyss were the captains for the PebbleCreek teams.
The two teams from PebbleCreek joined teams from other Arizona Robson properties and each foursome was made up of representatives from separate communities. What a fun way to meet golfers from our sister developments.
The Tuscany Falls team brought home the trophy this year! Members of the team were Kathy Hubert-Wyss (Captain), Kathi Curtis, Donna Havener, Gayle Hubbard, Donnie Meyers, Donna Monk, Chanca Morrell, Carol Sanders, Cathy Schafer, Ellen Stergulz, Linda Thompson and Cindy Tollefson. Dave Vader was the Pro for the team.
In addition to winning the trophy, the following people were individual winners: Flight 1: Kathy Hubert-Wyss 1st, Chanca Morrell 4th; Flight 2: Donnie Meyers 2nd; Flight 3: Cathy Schafer 2nd; Flight 6: Cindy Tollefson 1st, Carol Sanders 3rd
