Four PCLGA players travelled to Show Low, AZ to play in the AGA Women’s Partner Tournament at Torreon Golf Club on Oct. 15 and 16.

Partners were Ellen Enright and Kathy Hubert-Wyss plus Carol Sanders and Linda Thompson. Both teams finished respectably; playing on some of the fastest greens around.

Torreon Golf Club offers 36 fabulous holes of Championship golf. The club is nestled in the cool pines of Show Low; is gorgeous, and is extremely challenging to play.

Day One of the tournament was 4-Ball Stroke Play with Modified Stableford scoring. Day Two was a bit more challenging with aggregate scores of both playing partners.

Plan on playing in the AGA Holiday Mixer Tournament on Dec. 2 at the TPC Stadium Course; Scottsdale, AZ. The game will be an 18-Hole Shamble Event.
