The PebbleCreek Ladies Golf Association (PCLGA) held its Member-Member Tournament, It’s a Small World, on March 3 and March 4, 2020. Co-chairs, Amber Rivera and Pam Schunke, did a great job in planning this fun, yet challenging tournament.
Courses played were Tuscany Falls East and Tuscany Falls West with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start on both days. The game played on Tuscany Falls West was a 2-person scramble and the game played on Tuscany Falls East was six/six/six; that is six holes of better ball, six holes of Chapman, and six holes of a scramble.
After golf on March 4, the players had a yummy lunch of chicken fried chicken with all the fixins. Each table in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom had a centerpiece of a small world globe, in various colors, encircled with a band of friends holding hands. Several women really got into the theme by singing a chorus of “It’s a Small World.”
