PebbleCreek Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors Meeting
June 17, 2015; Tuscany Falls Ballroom; 11:00 a.m.
Present: John Kiekbusch/President/PCHOA, Nancy Wilson Smith/Vice President/PCHOA, Gregg Clymer/Vice President/PCHOA and George Atwell/Secretary/PCHOA.
Call to Order and introductions by John Kiekbusch/President/PCHOA,
Motion by Nancy Wilson Smith to approve the proposed draft of the May 20, 2015, Board of Directors meeting minutes; Seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Mr. Kiekbusch indicated there would be a slight deviation from the agenda and announced the following:
Step Challenge Winners: The third annual contest winners from the 23 teams competing within all the Robson Communities were from the PebbleCreek Food & Beverage Department. Brian Cate, Melissa Gonzales, Tim Moss, Jonathan Hofberger, Dustin Carter and James Whitmore made up the winning team and each was presented with a golf shirt with the new logo. Congratulations to all.
Employee of the Month acknowledgement: President of the Board, John Kiekbusch, surprised this month’s recipient, Theresa Evans. Theresa started her career here at PebbleCreek on November 30, 1995, when she became the hostess in the Eagle’s Nest Restaurant. In 2000 she accepted the position she currently holds, Administrator to the Board of Directors. Mr. Kiekbusch went on to say, “Theresa, you are an absolute treasure to our community: leader, mentor, confidant. We sincerely appreciate your dedication, loyalty, resourcefulness and good counsel, but most of all your friendship.”
Bill Barnard/General Manager Report: GM report was presented by Mr. Barnard and will be available for viewing on the PCHOA website pebblecreekhoa.org.>governance>HOABoard. Copies of his report will be available upon request.
Marion Moskal/Finance Operations Manager Report: The finance report will be available upon request and for viewing on the PCHOA website.
New Club Approval: The motion to approve five (5) new clubs was made by Gregg Clymer and seconded by Nancy Wilson Smith. Unanimously approved. The new clubs are Christian Women’s Bible Fellowship of PebbleCreek, The Hearts Card Club, Mixed Marathon Bridge Group, Monday Morning Mah Jongg Club and Whist Club of PebbleCreek.
Director Comments:
George Atwell: I would like to thank everyone for coming. Enjoy the summer and the heat of the day.
Nancy Wilson Smith: Thank you for coming. While the Board will not be meeting over the next three months, we will still be working for you.
Gregg Clymer: While things slow down we have many projects under construction. There also are many activities going on so check them out. Thank you all for coming.
John Kiekbusch: Thank you all for coming. I hope you all have a very good summer. We have several projects scheduled and I believe our homeowners will be thrilled with the results. The work is going to cost us some money but that’s why we pay dues for the upkeep of PebbleCreek. These projects are necessary and well worth it.
