Bob Parks has won this fall’s election to fill a two-year, resident-volunteer vacancy on the PebbleCreek Homeowners Association Board of Directors. His term begins Jan. 1, after the PCHOA Election Committee presents Parks to the directors for approval at the Nov. 21 board meeting.

Bob Parks ran against one other candidate: Lyman Gallup. The vote totals were 1,526 for Parks, and 1,453 for Gallup.

“This was our second year using the online voting system and we feel that it was once again a success, with an increase in the number of votes cast,” said Gordon Seaman, chair of the PCHOA Election Committee. In 2017, 2,297 votes were cast compared to 2,979 votes cast this year. He continued, “We appreciate the effort and interest in PebbleCreek’s future, demonstrated by those who ran for office and by those who voted.”
