Non-Objective Abstract Painting class notice

Jeff Wilson

The September Non-Objective Abstract Painting class, sponsored by the Pottery/Sculpture Club, provided an opportunity for participants, some with no drawing or painting experience, to explore a different kind of painting in an encouraging and supportive environment. Unlike traditional painting classes, the subject matter for n-o abstract painting is simply shapes, lines and color.

Although lessons were provided with step-by-step instructions, the results were completely unique to each participant.

Four different paintings were created in this four-session class.
