1. Myth: Robson Reserve is already sold out. This is absolutely not true. Although we do have reservations for a number of independent living and assisted living apartments, there are still plenty of apartments with and without views available. Just call us and ask to learn more!
2. Fact: Apartments at Robson Reserve will be upgraded with premium options. True! Our apartments will feature spacious living quarters, gorgeous quartz countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, upgraded wood cabinets, individually controlled heat and air, frontload washer and dryer and private patios and balconies.
3. Myth: Robson Reserve is a buy-in community. Simply untrue. Robson Reserve has a leasing model for residents. Residents will sign a 12-month lease with Robson Reserve for each year.
4. Fact: Robson Reserve residents will enjoy their own amenities. Absolutely! Robson Reserve will feature on-site amenities such as a resort-style pool and spa, 80-seat movie theatre, yoga and fitness studios, game rooms and a full-service salon.
5. Myth: Robson Reserve has no parking. Not even close! There are 247 parking spaces on campus and every apartment with a driver and a car will receive one reserved parking space. There are 50 covered, reserved parking spaces that are available for $25/month.
6. Myth: The $2,500 community fee is because Mr. Robson wants it that way. Absolutely untrue. Nearly every senior housing community throughout the United States charges a one-time community fee for residents in order to keep the community at high standards.
7. Fact: Future Robson Reserve residents will still receive incredible, client-focused customer support while making the transition to simplify their lives, while still living an active, engaged resort lifestyle.
