New Solaris plan designed for today’s active lifestyles at PebbleCreek

The sun shines brightly on Robson Resort Communities’ newest home design, the Solaris, at PebbleCreek. Crafted for today’s discerning buyer, the Solaris is part of the Premiere series and offers 2,165 square feet of open-concept living.

Walking through the foyer unveils a spacious great room with 11-foot ceilings and an option for a detailed coffered ceiling that accentuates each of the spaces. A media alcove option allows for built-in media needs or an optional fireplace to be added to the great room. The walk-up bar is standard with an optional wet bar with sink and under-counter refrigerator.

A walk-in pantry anchors one end of the dramatic kitchen. An over-sized island with sink and dishwasher means you’ll be part of the conversation, even while cooking dinner. The dining area, with plenty of natural light and views to the rear yard, also has sliding glass door access to the outdoor living space and can be as casual or formal as desired, with options for built-in cabinets for additional storage and serving needs.

A 12-foot wide stacking glass door is available on the rear wall of the great room and makes indoor/outdoor living seamless. An optional outdoor fireplace is great for ambiance while entertaining friends and family.

The Solaris also includes a private, spaciously-designed master suite with views of the rear yard. A large master bath is equipped with a double vanity and built-in linen cabinet so getting ready is easy. A walk-in closet off the master bath provides plenty of space and convenience. Additional options include increasing the size of the walk-in closet space and direct access to the alternate laundry room design.

A second bedroom suite with an over-sized walk-in closet is also part of the plan and is typically not found with secondary bedrooms in homes of this size. An optional attached casita, with a sitting area, bath, bar options for a sink and under-cabinet refrigerator and private access outside the home is perfect for extended guests or family. A den can be used as an office, library or just a place for a quiet retreat.

A two-car garage and golf cart garage offer plenty of space for your vehicles and tools. There is also an option to utilize the garage storage space as an alternate over-sized laundry room with additional cabinetry. A coat closet provides additional storage. Three exterior elevations are available to choose from.
