Time is running out to register, either as an individual or a team, for the PebbleCreek Bocce Ball Association’s 2015 fall season. Final registration will take place on September 8 and 9 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse kiosk.

Registrations have been accepted throughout the summer. Those who have not already registered but want to play in the fall are urged to contact Mollie McErlean at 623-935-2822 or at [email protected] for forms or the answers to any questions. Forms also are available in the Bocce slot across from the Eagle’s Nest Pro Shop.

Fall 2015 League play will start Tuesday, September 29 and finish Friday, December 11 with Thanksgiving week off. The Captain’s Meeting will be held Friday, September 25 at 9:00 a.m. in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.

The Bocce Ball Association is looking forward to the expanded new season of play. A second night league has been added to accommodate the growing number of bocce enthusiasts in the PebbleCreek Community who work during the day. League play now will take place on Tuesday and Thursday nights in addition to Wednesday and Friday days.

The excellent new facilities at the Eagle’s Nest Sports Complex offer players lights for night and shades for day, as well as eight new state of the art bocce courts, roll out equipment carts and a convenient storage shed. This is the perfect time for the Complex to build a storage shed as players can now store any heavy equipment in it, without having to take it with them every time they come. Players may also want to consider storing the equipment that they can take with them in certain types of outdoor storage buildings that can be built in their gardens. At least that way, they know it has been left in a safe and secure place, just like the equipment at the Eagle’s Nest Sports Complex. The Ramada has been reserved for night play for players who may want to bring snacks.
