The feast in honor of St. Joseph was celebrated by the Italian-American Club of PebbleCreek on Sunday, March 19, 2017, in Sunrise Park. A record 74 members were present to enjoy the feast catered by Buca de Beppo of Peoria. After a few reminders of upcoming events from President Ken Minichiello, we feasted on mixed greens and Caesar Salads with Italian bread, spaghetti marinara and fettuccine alfredo for meatless dishes, chicken parmigiana and the gluten free option of chicken limone. Our gracious hostess, Suzanne Rambach and her helpers, Geri and Bob Mantucca and John SantaLucia, had the St. Joseph table decorated with a replica of “himself,” and it held the dessert of a beautifully designed cake and cookies from Costco.
