Introducing the new Food and Beverage Loyalty Program

The PebbleCreek HOA is pleased to announce a new loyalty program, effective January 1, 2017. Now when you use your homeowner’s card to make food and/or beverage purchases, you will be automatically enrolled in the new PebbleCreek Loyalty program and begin accumulating reward points. “This new program rewards regular users with PebbleCreek gift cards, prizes and promotions,” said John Kiekbusch, President of the HOA Board.

The new PebbleCreek Loyalty Program will also replace the Eagle’s Nest Breakfast Club cards and the Portofino Coffee Club cards. Residents wishing to earn the benefits of these cards must have all cards completely punched by December 31, 2016 and redeem their reward(s) before March 1, 2017.

Participants in the new PebbleCreek Loyalty Program will earn reward points on all food and beverage spending, before tax and/or tip, when using their homeowner’s card for payment. Not included are banquet sales, catering, ticketed special events or other events so noted. Beverages purchased at ticketed events that have a cash bar available are included in the Loyalty Program. A great amount of businesses are following in PebbleCreek’s footsteps as they have seen that the Plastic postcards have a great ROI because people are able to gain points that they’re able to spend at another time in that store.

If you haven’t activated your homeowner’s card, it’s easy to do:

Activation of Card: Homeowners may opt to have their homeowner cards activated to be used at PebbleCreek restaurants, sports center and pro shops as a Point of Sale card. To activate the card, the resident must fill out an application form. Forms are provided at either Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls front desks or on the website – pebblecreekhoa.org – under Forms. If both cardholders want to use the card, both must sign the application. Return the completed, signed application to one of the front desks. The application will be forwarded to Robson Corporate offices to be processed. The card will be activated within two weeks.
