In Passing

Casimir Thomas Koziara Jr

Casimir Thomas Koziara Jr passed away at age 76 on September 12, 2018.

He was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 12, 1942 and attended Ferris State University before working at Ford Motor Company for many years in the lab. Throughout the years, he maintained a close friendship with his childhood friends in Michigan.

He spent most of his life in Michigan and Ohio before retiring in 1999. He then moved to PebbleCreek where he met the love of his life, Kristen, and enjoyed golfing and playing senior softball for almost 20 years.

He is survived by his dear wife Kristen, 3 children, Tom, Kathy and Jill and 8 grandchildren.

He was a big lover of all the oldies from the ‘50s and ‘60s and had to be calmed down many times by his wife while bopping and singing along to tunes while driving.

Cass was most looking forward to his 20th year in senior softball but we are sure he is playing now with many who preceded him.

If he wasn’t golfing or playing ball, he and his wife were cruising Princess Lines or flying away on vacations.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
