If it’s St. Patrick’s Day, then it’s time for the Emerald Ball

Suzanne Rambach, Public Relations Director

The PebbleCreek Irish American Club is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day by hosting their annual Emerald Ball on Sunday, March 17, 2019, in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. The evening will begin with appealing appetizers and two cash bars as you are serenaded by the very talented harpist, Emma Quinn, playing Celtic music. We will enjoy an elegant meal in the beautifully decorated ballroom. The meal will be served starting with an Irish flag salad and your choice of salmon with citrus vinaigrette, lamb chops with a Guinness glaze or apple stuffed chicken with Irish whiskey, all served with the chef’s Colcannon potatoes and a vegetable and finishing off with chocolate mint ice cream. Each table will enjoy a bottle of red and white wine while listening to more Celtic music. You will want to wear your favorite dancing shoes because we have Rhythm Edition playing for the rest of the night! They will even play some Irish tunes to start our evening of fun and frolic. There will be raffle prizes and door prizes, so bring the luck of the Irish with you! This fabulous event is $65 for PC Irish American Club members and $70 for non-members. There are some tickets still available, but you better hurry and contact Suzanne Rambach at [email protected].
