The March Handmade Pottery class proved once again that folks in PebbleCreek love expressing their creativity in clay and glaze.
Everyone in the class made a minimum of four beautiful functional and sculptural projects including patterned bowls, large platters with appliqued embellishments, a traditional Japanese-style bottle and a patterned and appliqued luminaria.
Examples of projects made in this class can be viewed in the display cases outside the Gecko room in the Creative Arts Center.
All are welcome to visit the pottery room any afternoon to watch pottery club members making beautiful art and to meet the instructors.
Signups for future pottery classes are in the Expressions Gallery in the Creative Arts Center. The next Handmade Pottery Class will be in May.
