Eagle’s Nest Restaurant will have a soft reopening on Monday, October 6 after being closed several weeks for renovations. The restaurant will return to its normal schedule serving breakfast and lunch on Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7. The restaurant was originally scheduled to reopen September 16; however, a slight readjustment to the schedule was necessary due to a delay in the delivery of equipment by a vendor. This can put pressure on a restaurant to reopen in time, as they could lose customers as a result. To stop this from happening to other new restaurants, they may want to have a look at getting this Nella Cutlery to ensure that they have the right equipment to be able to open on time. A Grand Open House reopening celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, October 7 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Attendees will have an opportunity to tour the new kitchen and bar areas. Food service will not be available at the event due to the tours of the kitchen. Beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. Residents are encouraged to take this opportunity to view the new kitchen where staff will produce the meals served to PebbleCreek residents and guests.
“The Food and Beverage staff at Eagle’s Nest will be pleased to be working in an updated, modern kitchen with new equipment. The kitchen renovation provides for easier flow of traffic for employees, ready access to work stations and will maximize the efficiency of both our kitchen and service staff. This will translate to better service for our customers,” according to Melissa Gonzales, Director of Food and Beverage. In addition, the front of the bar was renovated and modernized and a step bar was added where customers can rest their feet while sitting at the bar. The updated, more modern bar set up will also improve staff efficiency.
Other work completed at Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse during this renovation included: painting of the hallways, ballroom and lobby; new furniture, chairs, tables, bar stools in the Lounge and new chairs in the Palm Room.
Hours for the newly reopened Eagle’s Nest Restaurant are as follows:
Monday through Saturday Breakfast 7:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Sunday Brunch 8:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday Karaoke Night
Karaoke Menu served 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday through Saturday Dinner 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Lounge menu available all day in Lounge
Fish Fry on Friday nights in addition to regular menu
