Bling is in this month!
After a two-year hiatus, the Beading Club is highlighting its skill with a showcase window displaying a fabulous array of items for sale through the gallery. With no limits on the number of items allowed to be shown, club members are thrilled to provide you with a stunning range of necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Jewelry items are crafted from gem stones including agate and jasper, glass, crystal, metal and African trade beads. The items are a bonus to the inventory also available within the Gallery.
So, this month, explore the entire Creative Arts Center. Other windows showcase woodworking, paintings, gourds, ceramics and pottery, glass and fiber arts. If something catches your eyel, speak with a Gallery staff member for assistance.
And, while in the Gallery check out every nook and cranny for unexpected items sure to please you. There are always small items that are great for shipping or traveling with as gifts. Top off your generosity with a one-of-a kind greeting card, including a welcome to your new home sentiment!
Important holidays in September include Labor Day on Sept. 2 (the gallery is closed), National Grandparents’ Day on the 8th, the first day of autumn on Sept. 23, and the first night of Rosh Hashanah on the 29th. Remember, that the gallery is still on summer hours throughout September. Plan your shopping days for Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
