An important community election is coming this February

Beginning Feb. 4, you will have the opportunity to vote on a proposed amendment to the PebbleCreek Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).  The proposed amendment will establish a fee, called the Community Enhancement Fee (CEF).  The fee will be equal to one year’s annual HOA dues and will be assessed to the new owner upon the purchase of an existing home. Your electronic vote must be cast or your physical ballot must be received at the Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse on or before 5 p.m. (Arizona Time) on March 31, 2019. Voting details will be sent to all homeowners.

One year ago, the HOA Board formed a homeowner Task Force to research and present facts about the proposed amendment. In January, the Task Force began hosting community informational meetings. To continue sharing information on the Community Enhancement Fee and Fund, as preparations for the upcoming election, the Task Force has established a “Reading Room” on the HOA web site. Look for the CEF Reading Room link on the private home page after you log in at pebblecreekhoa.org. Please review the multiple documents available including: the presentation slides, an extensive FAQ document, summaries, voting instructions, and much more. You will find that most questions have been addressed by the material there. If you do have further questions after reviewing that material, the HOA has established an email address to receive those.
