Congratulations to Debbie Sayre for making an ace on hole No. 4 at Eagle’s Nest on Friday, June 30. The hole was playing 94 yards and Debbie used her 9 iron. She hit the ball high, landed it on the green about two yards from the hole and watched it roll in. She was golfing with her regular Friday group of Kathy Enegren, Judy Newell and Donna Havener who all shared in the excitement. The foursome had teed off on hole No. 6 in the 7:30 a.m. shotgun so No. 4 was their second to last hole. Obviously Debbie was still playing strong.

This was Debbie’s second hole-in-one. Her first was on the Heritage Course at The Wigwam in April of 2008. That one was a 130 yard shot and harder to see so it was especially rewarding to be able to see her most recent one so clearly. There was no doubt this one went in. Congratulations, Debbie, and keep up the great playing!
