Pre-paid guest fee cards for 2020 will be available beginning Monday, Dec. 16. It is requested that only homeowners having guests in early January 2020, or who will be out of town prior to guest arrivals in early 2020, pick up their cards immediately. All others may pick up the card as needed throughout 2020 to avoid long lines and waiting periods.
Cards may be picked up at the Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Resident and Guest Services desks inside each clubhouse. This card entitles the homeowner to 30 free recreation guest visits for the year. The 2019 “red” card remains in effect through December 31. The new 2020 “neon green” card will replace the “red” card on Jan. 1. As a reminder, any unused “free passes” on the 2019 red card will not be carried over to 2020. Rather, every homeowner starts the New Year fresh with 30 new free guest passes for the year.
Homeowners must present their PebbleCreek Homeowner/Member card to the Resident and Guest Services staff at either Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse to obtain their 2020 card. Remember to place your pre-paid Guest Card in a safe place, as lost cards will not be replaced.
