The Camera Club continues to follow COVID protocol and will conduct meetings via Zoom for the next few months. November’s meeting featured an interesting presentation on Abstract Photography by Lisa Langell, an award-winning photographer. For December, join us as Adriana Greisman takes us on a photographic journey through Tanzania and South Africa (Dec. 21 at 6:30 p.m). Traveling through Africa is an awesome experience for anyone who loves nature and culture, where animals seen only on nature specials abound before your eyes. See the Great Migration in Tanzania, birds of spectacular beauty everywhere, as well as a few cultural events since visiting a foreign country isn’t complete without its people! Adriana is president of the PebbleCreek Camera Club and a nature photographer who has won awards in competitions sponsored by the PebbleCreek Art Club, Phoenix Camera Club, Photographic Society of America, Nature’s Best Photography Windland Smith Rice International Awards, Nature’s Best Photography National Parks Competition, and North American Nature Photography Association Showcase. In addition to running the Camera Club, Adriana sells her photographs, leads photography workshops, and teaches photography in the Phoenix metro area.
