There will be no games played the week of Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving week). The new fall season will now end on Friday, Dec. 13.
2019–20 winter league
Registration: At the Sept. 27 executive board meeting, it was decided to modernize bocce registration by using an online program. Once this is available, our captains will be notified that they may register for the winter league. It is up to them to notify their team members and complete the registration application. They will also be given the names of contact persons if help is needed.
All updates will be emailed to team captains, and a notice will be placed in the bocce bulletin glass case located outside the Eagle’s Nest sports complex. If any resident would like to join for the first time please check the bocce bulletin glass case outside the Eagle’s Nest sports complex for updates. There will also be emails put on the community e-group and updates in the December PebbleCreek Post issue.
Captains meeting: Friday, Jan. 3, Tuscany Falls Ballroom, 9 a.m.
Members meeting: Sunday, Jan. 5, Eagle’s Nest Ballroom, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Potluck party and installation of new officers plus St. Mary’s Food Drive.
League play will start on Tuesday, Jan., 7 and end on Friday, March 13.
2020 spring league
Registration: Date to be determined at a later time.
Captains’ meeting: Wednesday, March 18, Tuscany Falls Ballroom, 9 a.m.
FOLLOWED BY: PebbleCreek bocce ball picnic at Sunrise Park, Eagle’s Nest, noon. League play will start on Tuesday, March 24, and end on Friday, May 15.
